Traffic Alerts
The Town of Marana places a high priority on providing easy, efficient and safe transportation for our residents and Marana is taking a proactive approach to improving transportation in our community. We know that construction projects can be inconvenient, but we work hard to cause as little interruption as possible. Thank you for your patience.
The following are current construction projects in the Town of Marana and the greater region that may affect traffic for our residents. For information about the duration, scope and other effects of these projects, please see the following links. If you would like more information about community investment projects, like road construction, and how it might affect you, please contact the Town of Marana Public Works Department at (520) 382-2600 or visit the Public Works on the web.

Project Alerts and Updates
Camino de Mañana
The construction of the Camino De Mañana Roadway Improvement project will consist of the realignment and reconstruction of approximately 3.3 miles of a four-lane divided road with curbed median, outside curb, sidewalk, paved path, drainage structionrs , storm drain and traffic signal modifications. It also includes utility line construction, that will include new water and sewer modifications. The anticipated construction period is approximately eighteen months from the start of construction. The construction is scheduled to begin Sept. of 2009.
