Thank you for visiting the Town of Marana Web site. We hope that in touring our site you can learn about us, what we do and the services we provide to our citizens.
Marana is a relatively new municipality, incorporating in 1977 to control our most valuable resource – water. Although the Town is young, Marana has a rich history, and heritage preservation is one of our priorities.
With our unique location between Tucson and Phoenix, Marana is an attractive community dedicated to maintaining a friendly environment where people can work, shop, live and play.

Holiday event coming Dec. 5
The Town is holding its 11th Annual Holiday Festival and Twinkle Light Parade on Dec. 5 in its municipal complex plaza. The event lasts from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The Town's Strategic Plan was adopted by Council in February after feedback from citizens during more than a dozen community forums and open houses.

ZIP Code realignment
The Town of Marana will petition the U.S. Postal Service to allow residents and businesses from 85741 and 85743 ZIP Codes to use Marana in their mailing addresses.
